La Leggenda dei Frati means passion for cooking and the desire to experience the possibilities offered by our land without ever ceasing to grow and wonder. The restaurant is deeply linked to Tuscany, to the ingredients and raw materials that this rich region offers. The essential element for the creation of harmony are the human bonds created with care over time: from the construction of the brigade to the search for producers and suppliers.
LA LOCATION
La Leggeda dei Frati is located inside Villa Bardini, built in 1641 by the architect Gherardo Silvani, because of its panoramic position it’s called Villa Belvedere. The Villa passed to the Bardini family at the end of ‘800 and with Stefano Bardini, famous Florentine antique dealer, it became a place that loves art. Today it is also a space dedicated to modern and contemporary art thanks to the temporary exhibitions and the Museum dedicated to the great painter Pietro Annigoni. The space of the Restaurant and its terraces, together with the history and the beautiful garden of the Villa, are perfect for any type of event.
